What each Niu plan (Llavor, Brot, Arrel) includes and the minimum plan for every feature: messaging, signatures, family notes, authorizations, analytics and custom domain.

How to read the matrix
- Each plan includes everything in the plans below it: Brot has everything in Llavor, and Arrel has everything in Brot.
- "Minimum plan" is the first plan where the feature is available. If your school is on that plan or above, you already have it.
- White-label schools get every Arrel feature, with custom limits.
- Prices for each plan are on Plans and pricing.

White label
White label is not a fourth step on the same ladder but a custom contract for franchises and groups: it includes the whole Arrel plan plus your own iOS and Android app with your logo and colours, custom storage and AI limits, and dedicated support. Write to us at suport@lyn.cat.
What happens when you change plan
- When upgrading, the new features are activated immediately.
- When downgrading, what you already had (message threads, family notes, signed forms) stays readable; only creating new content of that kind is blocked. Authorizations that required a signature stop requiring it, but signatures already collected are kept. Sections already in your portal menu are not removed.

Frequently asked questions
I'm on Llavor and want to send authorizations. What do I need? The Brot plan. On Llavor, the authorizations section shows an upgrade notice instead of the list of forms.
Why can't I add the "Messages" section to the portal menu? Because your school is on the Llavor plan. The section requires Brot or higher: once you upgrade, the type is no longer disabled in the menu editor.
What does Arrel have that Brot doesn't? Internal team messaging, the long analytics periods (month, 3 months and school year), unlimited students, 40 GB and ~60 AI tasks per month.
How do I know which plan I'm on? Under My account → Plan you'll see the active plan, student and storage usage and the AI quota. See Plans and pricing.
