Overview of the three Niu plans (Llavor, Brot, Arrel), what each one includes, and how to check your school's active plan.

The three plans
Llavor — for small nurseries
€49.95 / month (+ VAT). Up to 60 students and 5 GB of storage. Includes the core product features:
- Daily report
- Family app
- Photo albums
- ~3 AI tasks per month (cover images, translations…)
Brot — for growing schools
€79.95 / month (+ VAT). Up to 150 students and 15 GB of storage. Includes everything in Llavor, plus:
- Authorizations (consent forms for families)
- Basic school analytics
- ~15 AI tasks per month
Arrel — for large schools
€99.95 / month (+ VAT). Unlimited students and 40 GB of storage. Includes everything in Brot, plus:
- Advanced analytics
- Custom domain (access with your own domain)
- Priority support
- ~60 AI tasks per month
- White-label option available (custom pricing)

How to check your current plan
Open My account → Plan
In the sidebar, click My account. On the page that opens, select the Plan tab.
You will see your current student and storage usage, the name of your active plan, and the next billing date.
Manage your subscription if needed
From the same tab you can activate a paid plan (if you are in the trial period), manage an existing subscription, or update your payment method. See the Change plan guide for step-by-step instructions.

If the student or storage progress bars are close to their limit, it's a good time to consider upgrading your plan.
Frequently asked questions
Which plan should I choose as a new school? Start with Llavor if you have fewer than 60 students. It's the natural starting point and leaves room to grow. When you need authorizations or analytics, upgrade to Brot. The Arrel plan is for large schools or schools that want a custom domain.
How does the student limit work? The count includes students with an active status. When the limit is reached, no new students can be added until one is archived or the plan is upgraded.
Can I change plans at any time? Yes. When upgrading, new features and limits are activated immediately. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. See the Change plan guide.
When does the trial period end? You have 14 free days from the moment you create your account. You will receive a notice in the final days. If you do not activate a paid plan, the account will be placed in a limited mode.
How do I see the price of each plan? The prices are €49.95 / €79.95 / €99.95 per month (+ VAT) for Llavor, Brot, and Arrel respectively. They also appear during the plan activation process from the Plan tab of your account. For special conditions (state-funded schools, large networks, white-label option), contact us at suport@lyn.cat.
Can I use a custom domain on the Brot plan? No. A custom domain is exclusive to the Arrel plan. Once on Arrel, you can set it up from My account → Domain.
