Can I try Lyncat Niu without commitment?
Yes. You get a 14-day free trial with no credit card required and full access to the product. If you do not activate a paid plan before the trial ends, the account is placed in limited mode.
How many administrators can I have?
As many as you want. There is no limit per plan. Invitations are managed from Settings → Educators. Each team member has their own email and password — do not share accounts.
What happens if I decide to leave the service?
If you want to leave the service, contact us at suport@lyn.cat and we will guide you through the cancellation process and send you your data. Our backup runs daily and we retain data for up to 30 days after the cancellation date.
Can families reply to news items?
Not yet. To ask a question or request something specific, families have a direct messages channel with the centre (not with a specific news item). This channel will appear in the 2.0 release we're preparing.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, from the Arrel plan onwards. Go to Custom domain for the details — it is a simple change (a CNAME) but involves following some steps in order to avoid breaking old links.
Where can I see the service status?
At https://status.lyn.cat you have the status dashboard with the last 30 days. There we publish any incident in real time and the SLA-based credits if applicable to your plan.
