Create the centre's account

We create the centre for you; you receive it ready to configure and publish.

2026-09-11

What we will ask you for

  • An active email: it will be your panel username and where you receive the sign-in link.
  • The legal name of the centre (you can change it later if needed).
  • A slug (the part of the portal URL): for example seaview-school. It must be unique within Lyncat Niu.

Important

The slug can be changed later, but doing so breaks any existing links pointing to the old one. Pick a slug that can last.

Step by step

Get in touch

Email us at comercial@lyn.cat or suport@lyn.cat with the name of your centre and a contact address. If you have already spoken to someone on the team, tell them directly.

You give us the centre's details

Legal name, phone, contact email, address and portal language. Also the slug you want for the URL, if you have a preference; otherwise we suggest one based on the name.

We create the centre and your access

We set up the centre on the agreed plan and create your director account. You will get an email with the link to sign in.

Sign in to the panel

Open https://admin-niu.lyn.cat, sign in with your email and password, and you are in. The first thing you see is the dashboard with a summary of the centre's activity (pupils, families, published content).

Important

If you want to change the logo, the colours or the default language, you do not need to ask us: you control that yourself from My account as soon as you sign in. Configure school covers it.

How it looks once inside

In the sidebar you'll find, among others, Family portal (the content families will see), Directory (pupils, families, and staff), and Settings. The Configure school guide covers everything that fine-tunes this look before inviting families.

What if you sign out and forget the password

The panel doesn't have a self-service password recovery flow. Contact your school (another director or educator) or Lyncat support at suport@lyn.cat so they can set you up with a new access.
